The capsule is small on purpose. Six pieces. Nothing in this room exists to be everything; everything in this room exists to be carried.

A black-and-white scene from May 1968 — the Latin Quarter crowd, a woman standing on a barricade of chairs and cobblestones — faded back, and across the sheet, in compressed type tracked wide and centered, the two words: LEVEZ VOUS. This is the campaign piece and the first thing the label ever sells. The scene is an imagined photograph in the period manner, not a period document.
The same scene, the same treatment, one word: DEBOUT. Standing. Where LEVEZ VOUS is the call, DEBOUT is the answer — the piece for the ones who already know why they're on their feet.
The garment register at its purest: the name in white, tracked wide and clean, across a black tee — vast quiet around it, nothing competing. The piece that photographs like a headline and wears like a uniform.

The small red fist, kept small: at the chest, on the sleeve, on a cap. The sign-off of the house — the mark for the ones who read marks. Vast black space around it is not emptiness; it is the point.
The next act. On the front, restraint; on the back, the theatre of it: the Acts of this autumn listed as a playbill lists them — and after the last numbered act, in red, L'ACTE SUIVANT. The movement is not finished, and neither is the shirt. To be produced as a back print, paired with a sleek front.
